UCount, no count

I applied for a Ucount card in June. Waited and waited for delivery. (21 days as standard)
September I phoned back. They promised I will have the card shortly, and that they are sending it.
Well, now nearly the end of November!!! I phone back. The excuse, the card has not yet been sent!!???
now the card will be sent via courier to me. Well, let us wait and see if it will actually happen.
If not, I'll just move to another bank.
How difficult can it be to send a stupid card!!???
