Non Payment of my Refund

I have spoken to Mr Virgil Frantz last week Friday (31st January) and he promised that my refund will be paid before end of this week. on Wednesday (05th February), I sent him a follow up e-mail to understand when should I expect my payment, and he said the payment has been processed.
Today is the 07th Friday February, and I haven't received any payment nor update from him.

I am really frustrated by his service and lack of communication and commitment.
