INSURANCE PAYOUT

On the 1st February 2013, my son had a bike accident. Anderson Insurance decided that they would rather write off the bike then repair. After months of backwards and forwards for papers etc. they eventually sent me the Loss Agreement to sign, which I then did they had taken off R30 000 for various reasons including the writing off of the bike as well as for towing? I then had to go to Randburg Traffic to get the deregistration papers (and pay for that myself). I did this and hand delivered these to Talent at Anderson in Randburg. I was then promised that payment would be within days. Nearly 4 weeks later I have still not been paid. I have spoken to Wellington (head of department) who last week promised it would be done on Friday - I then phoned and received and email to say that it was not released, because their payment day had now changed to Wednesday. I expected to be paid this week, I still have not been paid and have tried on numerous occassions to get hold of Wellington (who seems to be in meetings) I have also left messages for him to phone me as well as emails. Todate I have not had either the curtesy of a call or payment. My account is still debited with instalments
