False Promises... Continued

I write this post, as an update on the false promises made by ADT following my complaint posted 29 January. ADT had debited my account for over a year after I had cancelled my contract when it's term ended in June 2010. I was very impressed when ADT contacted me just after the post, and offered to refund me at least a years debits of approximately R5000. I was off-course very happy at the idea of getting at least some of my money back, BUT no. Follow my post 29 April. Three months later and no money, they did not respond to e- mails and when I phoned the PROMISED! Next Friday. After the 29 April post, I spoke to them again, and with many apologies, and reassurance that my payment had been put through just yesterday, and the payment will be in FRIDAY. I can honestly say, Friday came and went with no sign of the refund. 17 Fridays later and still no refund. Do not believe them, and they are supposed to be those you rely on in a true emergency. I will post every Friday till they keep there promise!
