Not taking Ownership - Bad Customer Service

I have an Endowment plan with Discovery Health for 5 years now (01 March 2014, is my anniversary date).
I withdrew an amount from the investment last year, and wanted the rest to be paid out last month (I surrendered from the plan just over a month early). However, I have been sending emails to Lauren Williams, who is the assistant to the broker (the link to the broker and Head Office), requesting the date when my account will be credited with the total invested. I was first told that it takes 5-7 working days for payment to reflect in my bank account.
I sent my request through on the 21st January 2014 with the signed contract of how much will be paid back to me. I then did follow-ups with Lauren the following week (31st January 2014, when I saw nothing in my account), she then sent me an email saying that it is now 7-10 working days that I have to wait for payment to be processed. It is now 10 days, and still nothing in my account. She has escalated the matter to Head Office's Invest dept for urgent payment on the 31 January 2014, and still did not come back to me.
Today I sent another email to Mrs. Williams, and only then she apologized for the frustration caused. PATHETIC SERVICE
