I've reported a fault on our business line on 23 January 2014. In the meantime I've phoned daily for updates on the matter. The fault was only assigned to a technician on 28 January and after 12 calls and 3 Facebook posts on Telkom's wall, I was eventually told that a technician will attend to my query on 7 February 2014 - 15 DAYS after I logged the initial fault. In the meantime my clients cannot get hold of me, which is costing my company money. The lack of service delivery is apprehensive and I find it appalling that I have to keep paying my bills as if I'm actually benefiting from their products. Telkom is useless and incompetent and they are their customers and deceiving us with false promises of fantastic products and so-called "excellent service delivery". This company is a joke!!!
