Poorly trained staff costing customers money

I was involved in an accident on 7 January 2014. The person assisting me informed me that I can ask the towing company to take me with the car from Beauford West to George, and that this cost will be covered. He put me through to the claims department but it was already closed. He then informed me that I must just make the claim the next day. I phoned the next day but nobody could help me as they didn't understand what I wanted to claim (I phoned 5 times). I did however get to the right place, but they informed me that they will only pay R500 and not the full R2700. I contacted customer service via email and got a phone call back, I was informed that they were sorry and the guy will go for training but they will not pay, this according to my lawyer I is not a valid argument as I was informed it will be covered. I was also informed that my premium will go up because of the claim, and I do not have a problem with that, but mu account was debited with R80 immediately and I was not informed that this will happen, nor was I about the amount of the amount. The guy from customer service said he will contact me back in 2-3 days, it's been a week.
