Claim not paid. Phones never answered!

I had a burst pipe on 9th January, which I obviously had to get repaired immediately. I sent my claim details in on the 13th January, with the payment confirmation. Claim Reference Number 2519578.
I was informed that the claim would be processed and paid within 3-4 working days.
It has been over a week now, so I tried calling the 0860 302 014 claims number - what a joke.
I phoned at 16:00 yesterday, held on for 30 minutes (yes - really) and was promptly cut-off. When I phoned back, the voice recording informed me that the business hours were up to 16:30!
So I phoned at 8 this morning - after hanging on for 25 minutes, I decided to put that call on hold and phoned the claims number (100 876) where they pick up very promptly, but then cannot help with the query. So they try and transfer you... I had both calls on hold for another 10 minutes when I decided to give up.
PLEASE - call me regarding the status of my claim, and pay me my money!
THEN - sort out your call centre. Because it is really pathetic.
