NOT HAPPY ABOUT HOW MY CLAIM WAS HANDLED

I' am really not happy about the way my claim was handled, by CIB for FNB 09/09 I submitted my claim to CIB after discussing it on the phone with them 13th/09 I resubmitted as there was no response again 17th/09 on the 19th/09 I phoned them and they promised to attend to my claim again I need to re-submit documentation on the 26th/09 I phoned and they asked me if they can settle my instalment with the bank I gave them a go ahead 27th/09 I phoned and I was informed that they are waiting for the quote from the bank 30th/09 I phoned and they said I must phone after 2 days 11th I was informed that they still waiting for the bank 14th/10 I then phoned again there was no movement on my claim 17th/10 was informed that the person assisting is on leave. 21/10 phoned and they promised to phone me back as they are checking on the system 22/10 I still do not have feedback and I' am not going to call them as I believe they have given me poor service and I' am not happy at all of how many claim was handled its been close to 2 months of the same story and no progress I have informed both the people who handled my claim that I' am not happy and they said they understand.
