Provide insufficient info and delaying Claim

I logged a claim with Discovery claims department on 08 January 2013 and receive reference 2690823450. On the 10 January 2013 I called 0860998877 to follow up on the claim, however the call centre agent informed me that the claim can not be proccess as the are waiting on the refering doctor's practice number, but this was never explain or asked for when I first phoned. I also ask him if I they can pay the claim into my wife's account. He informed me yes. He will send me a form which I need to complete and send back. He also said I need to send a copy of my Id with the form and make sure I sign the form. On 11 january 2012, I called and speak to Samantha and also to Kevin they informed me that they need more documents from me, my wife's Id and confirmation letter from the bank, this was not explain previously. I am just really tired of being push from post to pillar!!!
