After two months of paying primums i did not receive my policy documentation, month three i had a vehicle failure and wanted to make use of the tow in service, due to the fact that i did not have any policy documentation when contacting mutual and fediral, i used my ID number/veh reg nu, the response was that they do not know of my policy, Well started stopping debit order payments and received a phone call that they did not receive payment, discussed the issue with the operator and indicated that i did not receive a policy document and wanted to make use of a service that i had been paying for, he indicated that they will forward the policy documentation, well another payment went off and no policy documentation. Once again i stopped payment and received another call, i informed the operator to cancel my policy, he indicated that they will do so, well another payment went through and i had to stop it once again. This all happened in October 2012, Well received a Email in February 2013 that it has been canceld due to non payment. I have up till to day February 2013 received any policy documentation and payed for service i did not receive, requested them for my premium back
