Claim unresolved for retirement policy

I made a claim against my retirement policy 696680004054496 last year. Nothing has been resolved as Lilian De Kock asked me to use my common logic that maturity vaIue cannot be paid if it has not reached the maturity date in 2028 which I cannot agree with as according to the "WHAT AND WHEN TO WE PAY" benefits of the policy it states clearly "you become disabled to a degree that you leave the Group and can no longer pay your contributions, we will pay your Maturity value in cash to you. You must supply us with a medical certificate proving your disability to our satisfaction." I have provided all the necessary documents but since then the response I received initially was that "The Value (if any) will be paid in accordance with the product rules" I received another call that the amount of approximately R3000 will be paid if I choose to cancel the policy. I do not agree as the amount for the Maturity Value reflected on the policy is R122000 less any cash withdrawals and as the policy clearly states this is the amount that I should receive and if Old Mutual provides policies without checking to make sure there are no errors I cannot be held responsible for their negligence.
