Hi

I cancelled my policy last month as I did not sign any papers. After having a conversation with my current insurer we decided to stay with them. For 2 months after the initial call from a Budget Insurance agent, I am still waiting for my full policy documents in my post and nothing was received via email after I requested the policy document.

However the 1st installment had come off together with a non-refundable admin fee, which was billed seperately on the 2nd April and 29th March respectively. I sent an email through to the policy services and am still waiting for a response.

I feel the admin fee charge is unjust as I never confirmed whether I would definitely be taking the policy and the only reason I got a policy number was because I couldn't get a premium amount if they didn't fill out all my details?
