NO MONEY REFUNDED FOR PREMIUMS PAID

Dear Sir/Madam, i was offered a Commuter Travel - Personal Accident plan with Jet, underwitten by Hollard Life Assurance co. Ltd. commemcment date of this policy 05.08.2004. I have cancelled this policy on 05.03.2009. it is clearly stipulated on the document " if you would like to cancel your policy please call us on 0860 11 24 42 and any preiums paid in the period will be refunded to you provided you have not claimed under the policy concerned. to date i have not received any premiums paid by myself with regards to this policy as i have paid premiums for 56 months. Please advise what happend to all my premiums paid until date of cancellation.
