It shows that my husband is a designated drive

I received an amended policy document. My husband died 18 months ago and wow now he is a designated driver on my policy. My car was removed from the policy and his car is now added. I called the call center and they can not assist me as I am not the broker. Who the is paying this policy. I am now driving a car with no insurance.
