I logged a claim for my wall and it was approved by outsurance. Halfway through the work the builders said they cannot find the exact bricks so I call the person dealing with my claim and left a message as she was unavailable to call back (no call back received). I sent and email to her as well on the 14Jan and still got no reply. So I left the builders to finish with the bricks they could get as I couldn't get hold of outsurance person (Lebo Sibeko) to assist in the issue. After the job was done the wall looked very bad and there was poor workmanship too with the cement and it didn't even look close to what is was and even bricks that are not matching (who will be happy with that???). Almost 2 weeks later got hold of her and an assessor was sent. After nagging a manager called me and said they have to fix the wall. Builers called me a day after and said he cannot fix the wall and will have to find out if they can plaster. If I wanted a plastered wall I would build one!!! Anyways that was the least I heared from them last week. Still no feedback from outsurance or the builder. I am FEDUP! There are a few things more but no space to write. Would someone please sort out this???
