Shoddy workmanship

We had a Blingstallation team install our DSTV antennae and necessary wiring on the 20th August. The workmanship has left a lot to be desired. The wiring from the antennae into the wall runs at an angle and not straight between the bricks. The hole drilled into the wall for the wiring has not been covered sufficiently and when they put on the 'extended bracket' at an extra cost of R500 they drilled incorrectly into the wall, had to re-drill and left that hole as is. I spoke to one of the consultants at the call centre about this and he said he would inform management. Bad workmanship and no follow up.
