Outsurance means out of Customer own Pocket

During 2012 due to wind and heavy rainfall my Bonded FNB property perimeter Brick wall collapsed in North West, The wall was fixed by instructions Power Line constructions that performed a poor Job the same wall collapsed again and a money settlement was paid out for me to fixed the wall myself. During April 2013 20 and 21 we had heavy rain again and the second Perimeter wall collapsed Andre Du Ploy, Anton Erasmus Arno Botha Sias Outsurance investigators informed me the wall was not build to building specifications and therefore my claim is rejected. I have bought the property like any other voetstoots and Insurance by Outsurance was provided to cover for 2 Million Rand Building and Structures. Gavin Van Nieker outsurance argued with me on first insident and was not concentrating on current insident he was very incompetent in dealing with me. Samuel Fhutnmugam Outsurance informed me FNB hand not done a proper assessment of the Bonded property, Why was the property Insured for 2 Million Rand included Building and structures if it should have been excluded but i had to pay for 2 mil rand cover, I was asked to obtain engineers report by Yolandi De Beer outsurance and was reffered to FNB.
