First National Bank
No monthly pension payout

Morning,

An affidavit was forwared to the fnb pensions dept to declare that my dad is still alive and must still receive his monthly pension. For two months after docs were submitted, no one recieved it and then they did, but my dad is still not getting his pension paid to him. What seems to be the problem. Can someone please explain that to me? In the meantime his funeral policy and all other policies has lapsed!
