Vibraneat Unprofessional and very Poor Workmanship

Mat Wilkinson firstly tried to get me to purchase his new product called Vibraneat by sending me a photograph of a wall that looked really ugly. When questioned about it he conceded in writing that the photo was not very good. I should have walked away then but decided to use his services to build a vibracrete wall. He quoted on specific elements of the job and failed to build a retainer wall as quoted, which I then did not pay for as he did not build the wall as agreed to. In its place he found it acceptable to put posts up against the wall that extended two feet high. I did not accept this and subsequently paid him in full for the piece of work that he quoted on, without the retainer wall. He has had the audacity to go to Credit Intel who are now bombarding me with e-mails and SMS's demanding payment of the retainer wall that he did not build. I have asked him to issue Summons so that we can have the matter finalized legally and formally. I am writing this to warn the general public of a few facts 1) the workmanship of Vibraneat/Mat Wilkinson is very poor, and 2) he very strangely finds something that the lay person finds to be unacceptable/poor quality to be quite acceptable!
