SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT BY STD BAN

I refer to a storm damage claim logged to STD Bank Insurance on 16/1/2014 and today almost 3 weeks later NOTHING has been done about it by anyone at the Insurance dept or the Customer relations dept to whom i logged a complaint about this.
The company they chose to do the quotation took a week just to submit the quote. In the meantime it has been raining here at the South Coast almost on a daily basis and no feedback from Std Bank. Thabo Masile (dont know who made him a team leader) called me on Friday 31/01/14 and promised that the contractors will contact me the same morning to arrange for repairs. Finally i got through today after holding on from 08h00am to 9h30 just to hear that Thabo Masile made "Penny" put a note on my claim indicating that repairs not be done but that i will be paid out the quotation amount. THAT IS WHY I AM ASKING WHO PUT HIM IN ANY FORM OF MANAGEMENT!!! I spoke to Naheer today (very rude individual) and he tried passing the buck on me now stating that only this and that will be repaired due to the roof being in bad condition. NAHEEM, I DID NOT ASK YOU TO DO MY WHOLE ROOF only the part i claim for or did you not understand? I will not pay the access after all t
