Ther were some documents that a different branch never scanned to the system and that meant the bank could not release my cheque card. Understandably so, but still I had work to do and I couldn't afford to keep going up and down. I was very upset as this was a major inconvenience for me- I needed to pay bills, I needed to get back to work. Lee Ann took me to her office and took time to listen to my predicament as I honestly could not come back with the missing docs in as much as I understood their processes. And it had not been my fault that the docs had not been scanned. Long story short, next day I got my cards they got their docs and I didn't have to miss out on my work. I was so impressed by Priscilla who was assigned to finish off working with my stuff and Lee Ann as they were both professional but actually listened to what I needed and took their time to explain what needed to be done. Keep it up guys as I had been contemplating moving after my previous experience with a different branch but now I am sure another 10 years with you guys wont be so bad! @
