BAD service from Standard Bank on Insurance Claim

We logged a storm related claim on 7 December 2012 to the call centre. In January 2013 we followed up as to when the contractors will come out to start fixing the roof as well as the other damaged areas, they gave us a date, we waited, and no one shows up. After the third time of no one showing up, the contracters assured us that they will arrive the next time. We phoned Standard Bank and said due to the contractors not showing, and after more rain, the damage has gotten more severe, so they need to tell us what the next step is. They said to my husband that they will pay in the money in his account, then we can fix the damage. We refused this option, as when we fixe the damage and the contractors are not registered, we might have further issues if we need to claim again.
Standard Bank sent out a guy to the new damage, and even this guy took a week to hand in his report as to what the damage is that should all be fixed. IN THE MEAN TIME, IT IS STILL RAINING. We have contacted the call centre numerous times, even sent emails to their compliants customer relations department, and they only sent back saying they apologize and they will follow up. Nothing to date!!!
