Why is it that I am forever having problems with Standard Bank and your BizLaunch account? When we opened the account we were told that for the first 90 days there is a flat fee of R90.00, and that's the only charges there are. I have complained top my business banker NUMEROUS times for being charged services fees in addition to the monthly fee. This gets reversed, only for the same thing to happen a month later. Your website also states that only the R90.00 will be charged for the first 90 days, BUT, I we are now being charged cheque card purchase fees, as well as account payment fees, what BS is this? I get a printed statement, it says this business account is an Elite Plus account, not a BizLaunch, & there too have we been charged Bank Charges. You obviously don't know what is going on, nor what account we opened. If you've changed your contracts since we signed and opened this account, you do not have my signature agreeing to it, so then you are in breach of contract - so go right ahead and refund all R 170.82 of fees you have deducted since the 19th August to date, and close the account. We are already banking with an institution that DOES handle businesses properly. You cant!
