Nedbank
R500 fee for a 6 months business account statement

I requested at my branch, a 6 month bank statement on my current business account, nedbank blackheath. To my horror, I was charged 11 rand per PAGE! yes, including the months of december and january!
So in effect I paid almost R500 for a six month print out. The staff member at enquiries never said a word about the charges being so high. When I asked mohammed today at blackheath (mohammed is always wonderful and helpful) why this was, he explained to me that if you ask for a three month printout you dont get charged but if its six months you get charged for each and every page of the entire six months! Now, how was I to know this without the staff member at enquiries informing me??? Once again, why I feel nedbank does not support or asssist the small business owner. My business current account fees are over a R1000 a month. Have approached absa and looking into capitec and fnb for better alternatives. Daylight of fees from nedbank. Please, nedbank dont phone me just to justify WHY you did this! Going to tweet and facebook it now.
