I WENT INTO NEDBANK EASTGATE BRANCH ON THURSDAY 28/03/2013 TO CLOSE MY NEDBANK SAVVY ACCOUNT, I WAS OWING NEDBANK R5.00 AND MADE A DEPOSIT OF R10.00 IN ORDER TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT, ANYWAY THE GUY THAT HELPED ME TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 24 HOURS FOR THE ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED, I SIGNED ALL THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS AND LEFT, THEN ON SUNDAY I LOGGED ONTO INTERNET BANKING AND FOUND THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS STILL NOT CLOSED AND I WAS OWING ANOTHER -R1.55 SO I TRANFERED R2.00 INTO THE ACCOUNT, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED AND IT IS STILL NOT CLOSED, I WILL NOT PAY MONTHLY FEES THIS MONTH, MAYBE NEDBANK JUST DOES NOT GET IT, I WANT THIS ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED!!!
