I called earlier in Jan for my collection date to be amended from the 25th to the 27th because my salary date changed to the 27th, on the 25th of Jan a debit order went through because First for women did not update my policy, who is going to pay for extra bank charges now I guess I have to. I then called on the 28th to register a claim I spoke to Lubaballo who could not even introduce himself properly, I requested him to be quick as I was holding on for quite some time and will run out of air time, he just transferred me back to the loop to start all over again he did not even say why was he transferring me and I know for sure that I was in the correct department I then spoke to Neo and he confirmed that Lubaballo could have helped me as well because he was in the same skillset as him, I was then transferred to their client services to query the premium that was deducted on the wrong collection date, I spoke to Nolene she updated my details am just wondering if she actually did that, I am actually considering cancelling this policy as I am in the service industry as well and I certainly know that is not the way a customer should to be treated.
