Who will pay for the Bank charges

Kindly be advised that on 13 Aug 2013, I requested Miway to amend my debit order from 25th to 27th. I even requested it via telephone with Quinton on 14 Aug 2013. Today I received an updated policy schedule but the debit date is still the same. Which means the debit order will bounce on 25th, then who will pay for the bank charges. Kindly make a urgent alteration as I am getting paid on 27th.
