A few months ago i called to changed my billing date to the 27th as my salary date changed, surprise surprise this was not done. I called yesterday downgraded my package due to financial difficulty, made the payment last night as it was the 27th RIGHT! so the downgrade was done and this morning DSTV is off. I called speak to a consultant who isnt very helpful, i explained that i changed the billing date months ago. but she insisted i didnt and need to R55 that was outstanding which im willing to pay but not the connection fee as its not my fault that the previous failed me by not saving my change details. Then she proceeds to call her supervisor and they had me holding for quite some time then just transferred me to another call centre and the woman who i got through too didnt know what i was talking about, i asked to transferred back, but they cant transfer or make outgoing calls. THANK YOU FOR NO SO AWESOME SERVICE. GUESS NO DSTV FOR ME
