So yet again, surprise surprise, FNB has incompetent employees at their call centre. I just received a call back regarding a query I had on my account and the person (I really can't say lady) who helped me would be better suited to working on a street corner for the lack of professionalism she had. She repeatedly accused me of moving around as I 'was breaking up' yet I was standing still in an office with perfect signal and when I pointed this out to her she proceeded to imply that I was lying. "huh uh I don't know what you're doing'. She kept on being rude to me and when I asked her to give me her name she hung up. My query is still not resolved as when she could hear me, she didn't listen. What kind of people are you paying salaries to that throw your reputation away. I know corporations could care less about me and my little bit of money in their hands but I worked hard for it and expect decent service and not to be treated like.
