On Friday 20 September at around 15h00, I had money transfered from another FNB account to my FNB saving account. At approximately 16h15 the money was not reflecting in my bank account as yet. I called the brance (Zevenwacht, Kuils River), but got no answer. I then tried the Adderley Street branch. A gentleman answered the call and after listening to my query he told me to hold on. I ws transferred "somewhere" and no-one answered. Naturally I called again, spoke to the same person who told me that he transferred me to the Zevenwacht branch. I told him that my call wasn't answered and also the he should first wait for someone to pick up the call before het transfers a customer. After a minute I spoke to a lady by the name of Gadija. She explained to me exactly why the money is not reflecting in my bank account as yet. I understood her explanation when she said it will take longer for larger amounts to reflect. To my surprise, Gadija called me early Saturday morning (21/09) to confirm whether the money is reflecting in my account. Gadija, that's the kind of service that customers deserve!
