Two months ago I went in to FNB at Chatsworth, I had amount money that I needed to deposit but I unfortunately didn't have a proof of address I was assisted by a consultant Mr Nishkarmen, who had said that I could use the ATM to deposit the money I was skeptical, being my first time using the ATM he ensured that the security guard outside will assist me unfortunately my money went in to the wrong account immediately when I found out I been to the bank to query but instead I was treated by the manager like this was my error.. I was interrogated by the manager she had realised that the money had gone into the wrong account and I will receive a call the next day.. Its been two months and waiting I have been cheated out of our hard earned money, robbed and defrauded. I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service, this against the principles we expect from FNB.
