YVONNE PUTS THE PHONE DOWN ON MY EAR!!!

I phoned in at 15:41 on the 27/085/2013 on 0112074500 to query a payment made and got through to Yvonne. Firsstly she has absolutely know telephone etiquette. I could not hear her as she does not know how to speak over the phone. When i asked her to talk properly to me she hung up. She put the phone down on my ear!!! i also work with customers and that is not what people in customer services are trained to do or maybe african bank employs any rude person off the street. Oh my word i would really like something to be done because she was very rude & incompetent.
