Repeatedly over 3 weeks I have been calling Homemark requesting them to reverse an unauthorised deduction of money from my bank account after a misunderstanding during a telephonic conversation I had with Vusi on the 11 Jan 13 . On the 14 Jan I was referred to Tiego Malema who never helped me with anything except being rude. On the 17 Jan I spoke to Norma who referred me to Xolani (as the person handling my query), he promised to give me feedback after 48hrs, on 19 Jan he never called. I called him on 22 Jan @ 15:30, he said he was going to speak to his supervisor (Mpho Mashego) to confirm when I'll get my money back & will come back to me after 1hr... he never called. I called again on the 23th @ 15:10, the lady Zukiswa referred me to Xolani who said the company is aware of my query & the finance dept is working on it & he will call me after 7days. After seeing no one from Homemark was calling me, on 1st Feb @ 15:00 I called Xolani... he pretented not to know about my query, said he will call after 48hrs as he must first talk to Vusi. I got annoyed, we exchanged words, he called me a & dropped the phone. I called again asked for Mpho... still waiting for him to call me back...
