Dissatisfaction on hospital plan claim

On 20 September 2013 I was admitted at Mt Edgecombe Hospital and discharged on 27 September 2013 for headache. I submitted my hospital claim to Clientele Life since it was the first time claiming for headache with them. I was not happy when I got paid for only 3 days and I was not informed why since I was expecting more amount and no one bother to explain why the amount was so less whereas I sent them the message. I am not happy at all with their service and the money was going to help me to pay the doctors fees since they charge above the medical aid bill.
