DATA Contract - Never Works

I took out a data contract for R99 pm (2gigs) in Feb 2013. up until today I haven't had the pleasure of using this data and when I called Cell C (spoke to Nosipho - call centre agent) informed me that the matter would be sorted and that my account hadn't been activated (2 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE). I called a month later again and complained and was put through the technical help desk and they also told the same thing that the call centre agent told the previous month. to my dismay, I requested the contract to be cancelled with immediate effect because I cannot continue paying for something that has NEVER worked. another debit order went through and I called again!!! and was given a bill dispute number:3082200480 and was told someone will sort this out - then received a message that the cancellation had only been done at that point in time. Today 13 Sept 2013 - I receive a call from a PETER from the recovery centre instructing me to pay R390 (ref: 1309005914). I relate and he plays the blaming game that it is not his department and cannot help me!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS - DONT KNOW WHAT POSSESSED ME TO TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH YOU!!!
