Again and again the same happens

Once again i went to withdraw money from an absa teller which at the time was closest to me when i put my card in to withdraw R700 on the 24/1/2014 it just showed declined on the screen when i got my salary the next week R700 was taken from my bank account which I didnt even receive how the can this happen this is the second time its happening so really its time to take my account elsewhere I just want my money or I am going to go and see a lawyer because according to the worts bank ever ABSA their atm balances so please enlighten me where the my money has gone to because I am no very FED UP with this!!!
