Earlier this year I applied for a data contract at MTN. This was added to to my current cellphone contract and wasn't at problem at all. After just one month, the problems started. First off I singed the contract @R169 per month, and I was billed R200 per month for that data contract. I've logged enquirers and after more than a month of struggling, that was finally resolved and I was given the credit. Now, just another month later, I'm being billed R458 extra for packet switched data calls, pushing the data contract to R692. I have no idea what that is, and why I'm being charged that amount. I tried calling 808, but calls to the call center was dropped every time.

This is very unprofessional service. Even if this gets sorted, the debit order of R692 will still be processed. And in the times we live, I cannot afford to pay almost R500 'n month extra due to error on MTN site. This is not my first complain regarding incorrect billing, and this is unacceptable.

I would like this to be sorted as soon as possible.
