I've made the most shocking discoveries in my life. Bluebean stopped sending me statements on my credit card around Feb 2013 (if not earlier).
On 28 Aug 13, I sent them an email enquiring about the balance owed so that I could settle the balance. Admin forwarded my email to the collections department and to date, I am still waiting for them to respond to me [SR Ref No : 36420450] .
Today I called asking for them to email me my statements for all these months that I haven't been receiving my statement. I was told that I will be charged R9/ 11 per page! When I asked about the statements that they claim the system sent to me, I was told that there is none and they can't forward those to me!

I learnt this Saturday through Absa that Bluebean has listed me. That came as a shock to me because I believe that any service provider operating within the ambits of the NCR has to issue statements, request payment and advise the customer when they are late so that a payment can be made.
I am paying several things and I a shocked that bluebean can just go and blacklist someone without contacting them regarding the account.

What legal steps can I take to fix this? Is bluebean legit or what?
