Payment plan not handled sufficiently

I received an sms for the first time since last year July stating that my account has not been paid.
However, I have organized a payment plan with Standard Bank Blue Bean which I have been paying religiously every month.
Unfortunately when I contacted the number provided I was informed that I have only been paying the interest off each month! Which means my confirmed payment plan was never handled correctly and I have not paid a cent towards the money I owe.
I have also not received a statement from Blue Bean since January, regardless of many phonecalls to send it to me electronically.

I am currently in great financial debt due to Blue Bean showing as a default whenever I try to consolidate my accounts which has been caused by the amount outstanding.

I urgently need someone to assist me with this query.
