Non existant home claim

On the 25th November 2013 we had a hail storm in Benoni. I phoned STD Bankd 0860123444 and they gave me a claims no 13/077850 and on the 28th November we had another hail storm and another claim no 13/085737 was issued. Two months later I am still waiting for something to be done. Jenic contractors 0126545157 contacted me and said they have to wait untill there is no rain before they can come out as they need to paint the roof and replace my ceilings and paint that and the walls. Jenic will not come out to do the work inside my house. STD Bank will not look for another contractor as I think it is 2 much trouble for them.
STD bank has taken my money for the last 2 months. I am thinking of closing all my business with them and take it 2 another bank that wants my business. To day is the 28th January 2014
