I was in a car accident. The towing company phoned Outsurance for permission to tow my car. They lodged the claim immediately. Thabi helped me with everything. She told me immediately what I needed to do and even though I was still in shock and struggled, she was so patient. Very quick friendly, and efficient service. I would never insure my car anywhere else. Rethabile is to be commended for her excellent service.
