Not finalising claim / still forgotten

On the 8th November 2012, the roof of my house was severely damaged by a hail storm in the Benoni area. I duly laid a claim with ABSA in the hope that the repairs would be completed in the fastest possible time.
After numerous call, a contractor was finally authorised to complete the work at my house. They started on the 14th January 2013. After two weeks of work, the contractors departed.
We have been assesed and re-assesed and beautiful promises made BUT
- the roof is still leaking on the now new ceilings
- walls still need to be painted
- the playroom needs to be finalised
- works still needs to be completed by the contractor (who is refusing as they state they are waiting for ABSA)

Dear ABSA, I am not being unreasonable in my request. All I ask for is that the damage done by the storm, be repaired in a professional manner. I have been very patient, but, I am at my tether now. We pay our insurance regularly and timeously and all we ask for is the service promised by ABSA, be delivered. I do not wish to seek alternate routes to resolve this matter, but unless ABSA upholds their part of the insurance contract, I will be obliged to seek alternate advice to obtain a resolution
