I just hope someone somewhere from STD bank insurance can read this and respond to my query:

I have exhausted all the resources I have to push STD insurance to look at my claim and treat me as their valued client (even if I'm not). I have contacted them daily, log complaint via their complaints resolution department, asked to be transferred to a manager or someone higher (which I was told the manager resigned and the stand in is not at work and there is no one else to talk to).

My claim: I had an accident on the 18th of Dec 2013 and the claim was raised on the 19th the following day - from that time until 07 January STD insurance was waiting for the assessor's report which the excuse was because it Dec period and most companies are on skeleton staff. Since then, I do not understand why it is taking long for my claim to be looked at. Even today, no one has contacted me from the complaint resolution department about the way forward. The week of the 14th I was told about the damage and the panel beater that will be fixing my car, but 2 days later I was told that won't be the case anymore because they will need to appoint the investigators. All I get from those investigators are
