Bad attitude from Elmarie of 1st for women & delay

I was involved in an accident on 15 December 2012. I submitted claim next day, assigned case manager -Elmarie Boschoff who never contacted me. They booked a wrong assessment date in Middelburg. I was rebooked, my car was assessed, no contact from them. On 14 Jan.'13 I called & asked for Elmarie; she was unavailable. Every time I called was told they are still waiting for recording to finalise the claim. I asked how long is this "recording finding going to take? " I think they are trying to find an excuse not to pay out my claim. She said I told them that I had comprehensive insurance for four years and the investigation they did shows that there was a period I didn't have a comprehensive insurance; and that she is still looking for the relevant recordings. She decided to hang up a phone on me. I am currently driving around with a car that's looking like, risking obtaining a traffic fine while my insurance is keeping me in suspense and giving me an unacceptable attitude. I am about to relocate to Kuruman, and there is no Merc/ Benz approved panel beater, I need to know if my claim is going to be paid or not, so that I can know what to do next.
