3rd party claim taking forever to be finalised

On the 14th of June i submitted the claim and i've had to keep on calling Annashree for feedback. On the 1st of July the assessor came to assess the vehicle, on the 10th of July i received a call from Anneshree informing me that the case was refered to the investigators so i waited for her to comeback to me, lastweek Friday the 19th of July i contacted her to check she informed me that she did receive the investigators report so i must please give her until Tuesday of which i did today is Thursday the 25th of July she hasn't contacted me, i tried contacting her but her line is just ringing with no answer since Teusday. I am very frustrated with this because my car has been in storage since the accident on the 4th of May 2013. I really need to urgently get this resolved as i cannot cope with the charges of starage anymore i really need to urgently know whats happening here, I emailed yesterday Michael Meyer as per their escalation process but he also still hasnt told me whats happening instead he is also out of office today. I need some one to provide feedback to me ASAP
