Progress on my claim

Hi There

I really hope someone reading this can assist me. My claim were received by Mibfa on 23/10/13 which make it 3 months and 5 days. Now, I know their processing time is 3 - 4 months but after seeing what other users wrote about Mibfa on Hello Peter I am really getting worried.

Nevertheless, e-mailed some people yesterday as I know that Thando Mfupi is handling my claim personally but she has not replied and this morning Neo Tshoeu told me that I need to call the call centre and that my e-mail address will be blocked. Wow, no one even replied to any of my mails with any feedback and now my address is blocked.

Not to mention that I phone every week and get the same answer. "Call back in a week or two".

Anybody else in the same predicament and has anybody had any luck?
