Will I ever get my money that are invested here

I was told that the prosess takes 6 to 8 weeks after 8 weeks I was told it takes 3 to 4 months. After 4 months I was told that all of a sudden my copy of my I'd is unclear. Please keep in mind that I kept in touch with them and never before was my I'd a problem. It is now 2 months again after I resend another copy of my Id and confirmed that they are happy with it and no progress has been made with my provident fund claim. They refuse to put you through to management and can't give you answers. All they say is it is in progress. Now I am very sorry but it is my money that are invested with mibfa and I want answers. I will never let anyone pay my provident fund money to you. I will rather take out a private provident fund. Mibfa can not be trusted with infestments and should be closed.
