My dad passed away Dec 2011 after being member of MIBFA for almost 48 years. My mother then appleid for the Surplus fund and even now almost 2 years later we are still struggling to get feedback. When you phone you can hold for up to 3 hours without response.
Recently they say they did send correspondence and we even made sure the correct address is captured. STILL they send the correspondence to the wrong address. Now my mom must wait again another how long for this???
Are MIBFA hiding something that they take forever to pay out money that was paid to them???

Even they switch board is pathetic and you never get to talk to a responsible person.

This is pathetic. I think if my late dad knew this he would have changed this years ago.
