MIBFA IS NOT PAYING OUT WHAT IS DUE TO THE PEOPLE

My mother who is 72 years old already submitted the requested documents in 2005 and received nothing from MIBFA. Then she was told to submit again in 2012 which she done and HAND DELIVERED the documents to the offices of MIBFA, got it stamped and when we phoned they didnt receive it so we redone everything the HAND DELIVERED AGAIN. Now it's been 9 months and still absolutely nothing. the call centre gives a different story everytime WHEN you eventually get helped. Some people applied in less than 6 months and received TWO payments already. How can it possibly take so long to get it sorted out even if there are alot of people to deal with? It's totally disgusting.
